Job Description

– Development of project plans, assisting in scopes of work and schedules.
– Coordinating and managing remote/offshore teams
– Managing multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently and effectively.
– Be a robust hands-on type that can organize and operate multi-faceted projects.
– Oversee all the projects, and be responsible for quality, budget, and time.
– Control resource utilization and bottlenecks and make necessary amendments on time to ensure team performance.
– Gathering requirements, translating briefs and converting them into action items.


Requirements

Essential:
– Good in both spoken and written English
– Strong technical knowledge on at least one ecommerce platform
– Understanding of offshore model & experience working with Vietnamese delivery
– Experience fronting and managing projects for enterprise clients in Singapore
– Project management certification
– Ability to work independently and proactively
– High level of understanding of search, recommendation and analytics systems
Desirable (Good to have):
– Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
– Experience from international projects is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
