Job Description

We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Project Manager, familiar with Safe Agile methodology, experience with eCommerce.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have requirement.
• Previous experience managing remote/offshore team is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of micro-services/headless architecture and CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, Drupal, etc.) will be an advantage.
You love collaborating with a large team, handling multiple stakeholders with large-scale scope, and are experienced in  delivering complex, enterprise-level IT projects.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
• Development of project plans, assisting in scopes of work and schedules.
• Coordinating and managing remote/offshore teams
• Managing multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently and effectively.
• Be a robust hands-on type that can organise and operate multi-faceted projects.
• Oversee all the projects, and be responsible for quality, budget, and time.
• Control resource utilisation and bottlenecks and make necessary amendments on time to ensure team performance.
• Gathering requirements, translating briefs and converting them into action items.
• The role is a Client facing.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have.
• Have 2+plus years of project management experience in a digital agency setting – eCommerce is a must.
• In-depth, working knowledge of the product development lifecycle and process tools, including these three management practices to implement scaled agile SAFe, DSDM & SCRUM. (Agile SCRUM Master preferred)
• Demonstrating leadership in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Experience in the use of JIRA and other Atlassian services.
• Be comfortable organising and running both client and supplier meetings.
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels, in Australia and Vietnam, building trust in your abilities to get the job done effectively.
• Be a team player, mentor and support team members.
