Job Description

● Lead the development team of native mobile applications (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) in the E-commerce domain.
● Design the overall mobile architecture: clean architecture, modularization, and scalability.
● Ensure app performance, UX/UI quality, and stability across various devices.
● Conduct code reviews, mentor, and support team members.
● Work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
● Propose and implement new technologies aligned with product goals.


Requirements

1. Must have:
● Minimum 5 years of mobile development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
● Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android); capable of leading both platforms or cross-training the team.
● Experienced in setting up CI/CD for mobile apps and deploying to the App Store and Google Play.
● Strong product mindset, preferably with domain knowledge in E-commerce or Aviation.
● Fluent English communication – for meetings, reporting, and working with international partners.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage timelines and ensure team output quality.
2. Nice-to-have:
● Experience in setting up a standardized project base from scratch for a team, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
● Knowledge of or hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane) to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
● Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Performance, New Relic) and debugging tools for mobile apps.
