Business Analyst (Data Warehouse)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data Analysis to join our internal Data Warehouse project for the Back Office team at SmartOSC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, data modeling, business intelligence and business process optimization to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

– Collaborate with stakeholders from and Back Office teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

– Design and implement data models and dashboards to support financial reporting and analysis.

– Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Data Warehouse.

– Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to monitor business performance.

– Conduct data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

– Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and financial efficiency.

– Document business requirements, data flows, and system specifications.

– Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.

– At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis/BI Analyst with a focus on data-driven projects.

– Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools

– Strong understanding of internal processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis).

– Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.

– Experience working with Data Warehouse environments and ETL processes.

– Solid experience in Business Intelligence tools and methodologies.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

– Ability to identify and frame issues that can be addressed with AI solutions, Skilled in presenting and explaining complex AI concepts to non-experts
