Ứng viên Onboard: Nhận 40% giá trị tiền thưởng
Ứng viên kết thúc thử việc và ký HĐLĐ: Nhận 60% giá trị còn lại

  • Đảm bảo ứng viên đã nắm các thông tin cơ bản về công ty, vị trí tuyển dụng và sẵn sàng ứng tuyển
  • Ứng viên được giới thiệu phải không có trong cơ sở dữ liệu của phòng Tuyển dụng, hoặc có nhưng trong vòng 12 tháng gần nhất giữa hai bên (ứng viên và Công ty) chưa có các hoạt động trao đổi, phỏng vấn, tiếp cận hoặc được giới thiệu bởi một bên thứ ba được ghi nhận
  • Ứng viên được giới thiệu thành công là ứng viên được tuyển dụng và ký hợp đồng thử việc hoặc hợp đồng lao động với Công ty
  • Tại thời điểm trả thưởng, cả nhân viên giới thiệu lẫn nhân viên được giới thiệu vẫn đang làm việc tại Công ty và không đang trong thời gian chờ nghỉ việc (riêng trường hợp người giới thiệu ký hợp đồng dịch vụ, điều kiện này chỉ áp dụng cho nhân viên được giới thiệu)

🎁 Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Japanese Customers to clarify the user needs and business goals
• Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life-cycle.
• Manage the project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control the project.

📌 Requirement:
• Good at Japanese for 4 skills, have N2 or higher certificate is a plus.
• At least 2 years working experience as BrSE/SE in Web Development in Japan Market.
• Have experience in using at least one of these languages: PHP, Java, C#, Javascript,…
• Good communication Japanese skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
Advantageous skills:
• Experienced living in Japan is an advantage

Điều kiện hợp lệ nhận hoa hồng giới thiệu
  • Ứng viên được giới thiệu không trùng với data của bộ phận Tuyển dụng, hoặc có nhưng trong vòng 06 tháng gần nhất giữa 2 bên (ứng viên và Công ty) chưa có các hoạt động trao đổi, phỏng vấn, tiếp cận hoặc giới thiệu bởi một bên thứ 3 được ghi nhận
  • Ứng viên được giới thiệu có nhu cầu ứng tuyển và đã nắm rõ thông tin tuyển dụng trước thời điểm giới thiệu
Cơ chế tính điểm Vua Giới Thiệu
  • Level 1 (Các vị trí Junior/Senior) = 1 điểm
  • Level 2 (Các vị trí Leader/Manager) = 3 điểm
  • Level 3 (Các vị trí Head of Division/Department) = 5 điểm
Cơ chế tính điểm Đại sứ Truyền thông
  • Mỗi lượt like & tag bạn bè vào bài viết = 1 điểm
  • Mỗi lượt share bài viết ở chế độ công khai = 3 điểm

🎁 Responsibilities:
• Shortlist and identify data sources for segmentation and profiling such as from internal sources – transaction data, customer master data (demographic data), product data, product master data and external sources – Credit data
• Establish criteria to select customers whose data needs to be pulled for analysis.
• Explore data and identify data quality gaps, trends, data variance and cleanse & transform the data.
• Develop unsupervised learning models for customer segmentation from behavioral data and tune for optimum clusters.
