📄 Responsibilities
  •  An Investment Expert, together with other members in the Strategy & Development Department, is responsible for providing consultancy to Chairman in the company’s investment and M&A projects. The ideal person for the job will be the one with a sharp mind and a passionate manner, who can demonstrate outstanding sensibility to the market trends.
  • – Source and analyze potential investment opportunities available in the market in accordance with the company criteria, external and internal regulations;
  • – Create investment portfolio frame, prepare investment proposals;
  • – Calculate, monitor, and forecast expected return of all investment and M&A projects;
  • – Closely monitor liquidity and amount of cash received for the Company’s investments and maintain the cash at the Company’s target level;
  • – Monitor investment risks of the portfolio;

  •  Essential:
  • – 3+ years’ experience in similar roles (investment, M&A)

📄 Responsibilities
  • An Executive Assistant, together with the Assistant team, is responsible for providing assistance to the company’s Board of Directors. This position is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.
