📄 Responsibilities
An Investment Expert, together with other members in the Strategy & Development Department, is responsible for providing consultancy to Chairman in the company’s investment and M&A projects. The ideal person for the job will be the one with a sharp mind and a passionate manner, who can demonstrate outstanding sensibility to the market trends.
– Source and analyze potential investment opportunities available in the market in accordance with the company criteria, external and internal regulations;
– Calculate, monitor, and forecast expected return of all investment and M&A projects;
– Closely monitor liquidity and amount of cash received for the Company’s investments and maintain the cash at the Company’s target level;
– Monitor investment risks of the portfolio;
– Execute investment transactions as approved by authorities;

Essential:
– 3+ years’ experience in similar roles (investment, M&A)
– Intentional and rational thought process that focuses on the analysis of critical factors and variables
